To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter to let you know what your acer product has operated in my care. The acer laptop that I got from you about three months ago has stoped workign properly. The laptop had Windows Vista on it and now the installation of Vista has un-authenticated itself. I have tried the auto reinstall but it hasn’t worked for me. I was really upset when it stoped workign because I had a lot of work and personal things on it and now I can’t get them back.

The acer laptop had worked fine until just a week ago, and now it won’t work at all. I did not recieve a Vista installation disc and so I can’t reinstall it myself. The laptop is a great one but if it would do this to me agian then i would not want another acer laptop. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me with this incident by sending me a Windows Vista installation disc.

If you are able to help me in anyother way please feel free to do so. I would greatly appreciate it if you would be able to help me out. I will be awaiting your reply soon.
